- It's my home. It has the amenities of a big city in a smaller package. It's a great place to work, live and play.
- How has Generation Dayton aided your professional, personal and/or social development?
- I grew up in Dayton and maybe found it easy to overlook all that it has to offer. I moved out of state for 10 years and was very excited to have the opportunity to come back. Generation Dayton has helped me reconnect by affording me the opportunity to get involved with activities that are making an impact in Dayton, network with other young professionals, and interact with current local community leaders.
- Tell us a little more about your profession and company.
- Turner Property Services Group was formed in 2005 by Steve Turner when he purchased the assets of the property services division of Larry Stein Realty, where he had served as the president. We are an Accredited Real Estate Management Organization dedicated to providing a full range of quality driven Property Management, Maintenance, and Construction Services which promotes innovative concepts to achieve each client's investment goals.
- What do you enjoy about your career/profession? Employer?
- In property management you encounter different challenges all the time. It allows you to interact with different owners/tenants and it allows you to get out from behind your desk to meet people, discuss issues and walk properties. I also assist in running the Maintenance Division of our company, specifically small remodel jobs. I enjoy watching the transformation of a project from start to finish.
